We are now accepting submissions for this year's conference through the Oxford Abstracts platform.

Abstract submissions close on 2 June 2025.

Submission Guidelines

When preparing your submission, please ensure the following information is included:

Abstract: Maximum 250 words
Title: Full title of your submission (this will appear in the final program)
Authors: Names and affiliations of all authors
Subject Category: Choose the category that best fits your submission (e.g. Behaviour, Circadian Rhythms, Metabolism, Reproduction, Stress, or Other)
Visa Support: Indicate if you require an early decision and formal letter of invitation to support a visa application
Awards: If you are an Early Career Researcher (ECR), you may opt to be considered for one of our conference awards:
Julia Buckingham Award
Michael Harbuz Prize
Rising Star Prize
