International Visitors
If you need a visa to attend the annual meeting, please check the appropriate box on the abstract submission form. This will trigger an immediate decision and generate a letter of invitation, giving you ample time to complete the visa application process.
Cancellation policy
Please be aware of our cancellation and refund policy.
- To cancel a booked place on an event, notice must be given by email to theteam@neuroendo.org.uk.
- If you cancel at least 14 days prior to the date of the event you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel between 7 and 13 days prior to the date of the event you will receive an 80% refund.
- If you cancel within 7 days of the date of the event you will receive a 50% refund.
- No refund will be made for non-attendance.
